The Home Inspection
Our home inspection examinations consist of exterior and interior of residential properties, including grounds, structure, and mechanical systems to determine structural defects, broken components and damages due to water, wear and tear or other conditions
We offer two types of inspections:
*Full Inspection
*Pre-Inspection
Our full inspection includes an extensive written report with photographs. Additionally, full inspections include a complete observation of house structures, basement, roof, exterior, interior, attic, electrical, plumbing, bathroom, heating & cooling, and grounds. We also use specialized equipment such as a gas leak detector, moisture detector, humidity, electrical system tester and other specialized equipment as needed.
Our pre-inspection includes a verbal walk-through. We identify potential concerns and suggest solutions. This type of inspection is most useful to sellers and investors and typically ensures a smooth transaction. Any concerns from potential buyers are detected prior to putting the property on the market.
